Friendly welcome at reception, which continued through to breakfast and housekeeping.
Bathroom fan in room 138 didn't appear to be working. Everything else was good.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home, and their customer service was top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. We definitely started our day off right with a satisfying meal.
There were a few downsides to our stay. Firstly, the bathroom facilities were not up to standard.

The staff at Grosvenor Hotel were incredibly kind and thoughtful during my stay. They went above and beyond to make my anniversary special by providing complimentary Prosecco. The comfortable bed and good-sized room with a great view made my stay even more enjoyable. The location in Glasgow's West End was perfect, with plenty to do nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a special occasion.
Although there were some minor issues with the room, such as dusty spots and patchy paintwork, the overall experience was pleasant. The noise from the busy street outside was a bit bothersome, and the windows didn't do much to block it out.

I loved the hotel, it's extremely convenient and reasonably priced and the location is fantastic in the restaurant as part of the deal. Location: the property was so close to the Botanic Gardens at the top of Byres Road, a local cafe and the restaurants and pubs of Ashton Lane and many other attractions.

The atmosphere created was family. It was in a business location, to shop for more. Spent a nice evening at Santini's Pizza Co, located a short walk to the venue.
